How U B Local Realty handles contact and lead information
Effective: October 2026
U B Local Realty (Lorne Robert McMillan) collects information you voluntarily submit through forms, email, phone, or IDX lead tools so we can respond to real estate inquiries.
What we collect
- Contact details (name, email, phone)
- Interest type (buy, sell, rent, general) and related prequal answers
- Messages and property addresses you choose to share
- Technical basics (e.g., form honeypot / spam signals)
How we use it
- To follow up on your inquiry
- To provide real estate information you requested
- To improve site and form experience
We do not sell your personal information. Contact form submissions are sent through Web3Forms so we can receive them. We may use email hosting (Hostinger / Gmail forwarding) and, when connected, IDX Broker lead tools to receive inquiries.
Retention
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for real estate follow-up and recordkeeping, then delete or archive them appropriately.
Your choices
Email lorne@ublocalrealty.com or call (469) 682-2670 to update or request deletion of contact details you submitted, subject to legal retention needs.
Third parties
Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms. This site may later load IDX Broker widgets governed by IDX / MLS terms. Review those tools’ notices when they appear on Search.
